CANCELATION POLICY
We understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request the respect of both our time and the time of others by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancelation fee.
If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact your stylist ASAP. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are 15+ minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
CHILDREN, PETS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY
We love kids, but your hair appointment is a time for you to relax and unwind and the same goes for our other guests at the salon. Because of the limited space and the many chemicals, sharp objects, and hot tools, we ask that you do not bring your children to the salon unless they are also receiving services.
Service animals are always welcome, but as much as we love hearing about your fur babies, pets are a violation of TDLR standards and are best left safely at home.
If you would feel more comfortable bringing a friend or family member to your appointment, please try to limit it to no more than one additional guest so that we can be mindful of the personal space of other clients and stylists.
Sometimes exceptions can be made, but it is at the discretion of your stylist. Please communicate with them prior to your appointment time so the necessary arrangements can be made for everyone to have the best experience possible in our space.
