CANCELATION POLICY

We understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request the respect of both our time and the time of others by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of any changes to your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact your stylist ASAP. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day.  Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are 15+ minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

COVID-19

We always adhere to strict TDLR sanitation procedures, however we are taking extra precautions at this time to ensure your heathy and safety during your visit to Ash & Gold.

If you are sick, showing any COVID-19 like symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone who is sick within the last 14 days, please contact your stylist ASAP to reschedule your appointment.
